The San Francisco SPCA Open Door Program lists pet friendly housing in the Bay Area. This information is for both tenents and landlords. If you are looking for a pet friendly residence, or want to list yours as pet friendly, this is the place to start.

The San Francisco SPCA has a wonderful volunteer program. Part of the volunteer program is Operation Outreach, which takes pet adoption services into city neighborhoods.

Visit the Best Friends Animal Society in Kanab, Utah. It's a wonderful place to visit or to work. I volunteered there a few years ago.

Of course - Give Me Shelter Cat Rescue in San Francisco is a must!
